A lady, who went by the name of 'Jane' and claimed to represent Open Reach, rang me up stating there was an issue with our router and instructed me to turn on the computer. When I inquired about her location, she initially stated she was calling from the UK. Upon further questioning, she said “London,” followed by “Newgate Street.” However, when I asked her for the postcode, she abruptly disconnected the call. It was quite apparent that her command of English left much to be desired.
