I got a call from a woman who said her name was Jane and claimed to be with Open Reach. She told me there was an issue with my router and asked me to turn on my computer. When I asked her where exactly she was calling from, she said simply “UK.” After I asked again, she said “London,” then added “Newgate Street.” But when I requested the postcode, she just ended the call. Her English wasn’t very good either.
