Earlier, I received a call from this number, and the person on the other end claimed she was looking for the homeowner. She mentioned she’d be back soon and would ring us again. Honestly, we've never encountered such an unprofessional and rude call in a business context. She didn’t even bother to introduce herself properly and hung up abruptly. When I attempted to return the call, they answered without providing a company name - very shady behaviour, if you ask me.

We've experienced exactly the same problem five times now; these callers disturb us at all hours, hurling insults down the line before abruptly hanging up. I'm currently on a mission to track down their address so I can pay a visit and observe just what happens when they cut the call again.
