I encountered a chap who masqueraded as an EE representative, yet he seemed utterly clueless about the company. When I pressed him for details, he resorted to some rather appalling and racist remarks about me and my family before abruptly ending the call. When I rang the shop again, the staff feigned ignorance, claiming they couldn’t make calls, despite having the same accent as the unpleasant blighter who’d just hung up on me. I reckon someone in that establishment is going to regret crossing paths with me-I’ve got a mind to teach them a lesson they'll not soon forget! Absolute rotters, just you wait!
