When I picked up the call, it got cut off right away. There was a lot of background noise, which made me think it could be some sort of scam. I'd be careful with this number.

I looked up this number on a trustworthy site and found that the 0121 code is for Birmingham and nearby places. However, the specific number I got a call from doesn’t seem to be officially assigned to anyone. According to Ofcom, numbers beginning with 0121516 aren’t given out. So chances are, if you got a call from this one, someone’s just pretending to be them. Basically, fake number means scammer - don’t fall for anything they try to say!
