The woman on the other end was very courteous when I mentioned that we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service. I chose not to pick up since the number was unfamiliar to me.

I got a call from this number, and it was some really polite guy with an Asian accent pretending to be from my bank. He was trying to trick me into giving out my account info. Seemed pretty dodgy to me.
