I received a call from what seemed to be Sky, and I cleverly persuaded my husband to have a chat about our dismal broadband situation. I even got him to download TeamViewer and check our online banking for a potential refund from Sky. To my shock, they took control of his laptop and accessed my phone as well. They had the ability to view our bank accounts for a short while. Whatever you do, don’t answer calls from this number! I've also reported this matter to the police.
