I received six calls from this particular number, and every time I picked up, the line went dead. When the seventh call came through, I finally spoke to someone who inquired if I was keen on a job opportunity. However, understanding him was a bit of a challenge, to say the least. He mentioned he was representing IQ Recruitment. The whole interaction felt rather odd and disconcerting, if I'm honest. I've decided to block the number now.

Just had a rather alarming phone call from someone purporting to be from HMRC. He was quite aggressive, insisting that I was facing jail time over alleged tax fraud! It’s unbelievable, really. I’m well aware that this is a notorious scam circulating at the moment.
