Ring ring... "Hi, this is David from TalkTalk's tech team." I say, "Hang on a moment David, I'm gonna record our chat," *beep* I can still hear some voices faintly in the background. "Okay David, recording's on. What can I do for you?" No answer, just some mumbling in the distance. "David? You there, or did you suddenly get a case of the nerves?" Still nothing back. Then after about two mins, the call just cuts off.
