Got a call from 0121 505 2585 on 4th March 2023 and it was obvious nonsense! They said my internet service (didn’t say which one) would be disconnected in a day or two. They told me to press 1 to get through to them. Total rubbish, so I just ended the call straight away!

Got a robocall warning me my internet was gonna be cut off because of 'weird activity'. They asked me to press 1 and that was it, just hung up right away. Total scam, definitely reported it to Offcom as spam scammers.

A female caller with an Indian accent, claiming to be from the BT Technical Section, contacted me. She mentioned that they had detected errors from my router. However, when I informed her that BT was not my broadband provider, she did not believe me. I expressed my dissatisfaction by using inappropriate language and ended the call. I also took the necessary step to block the caller's number.

Just got a call from someone saying she was 'Jennifer' from the so-called Telephone Preference Service. She asked if I wanted to sign up to block all those annoying sales calls. Didn’t know the TPS shifted operations to India and are now making calls pretending to be from UK numbers! Classic Indian call centre scam if you ask me. Make sure you block these!

The callers are incredibly relentless to the point where I simply can't get a chance to speak, and I need to resort to nearly shouting at them in order to insist they remove my number from their calling list. It feels futile - I might as well save my breath. I am now determined to search for a device that can effectively block these nuisance calls to my landline. I really wish there was a way to figure out which company is soliciting business through this call centre.
