I got a call from a woman who sounded like she was from Australia or maybe New Zealand, introducing herself as Kelly Jones from some kind of “advice service.” She claimed she was calling about an accident I’d supposedly been in that wasn’t my fault. The strange thing is, she rang my husband’s phone, but I ended up answering it. She never actually asked for anyone by name. I told her she must have the wrong person and said she sounded like a scammer before hanging up. Definitely blocked that number straight away.
