Got a call from some guy named David claiming he was with BT, saying my Direct Debit was going to be cancelled. Felt a bit iffy about it so I ended the call. Then he rang me again, this time really angry, started yelling about how rude it was to hang up and even told me to keep quiet! Proper rude.
