1 yearMe and my husband both picked up the phone at once, but were on separate phones. Some bloke with an Indian accent said he was from BT Openreach and told us there was an issue with our internet. My husband then said we don’t even own a computer, and the guy quickly switched to saying it was on his phone. My husband told him he should have the tech knowledge to fix it anyway but that he didn’t trust him at all.
