Rang me first thing this morning, despite being ex-directory and on the TPS list - honestly, what’s the point?! It happens far too frequently! Anyway, there was a bit of a pause as I picked up, so I figured it was a call centre. Eventually, they chirped up with a "Hello, how are you?" I shot back, "What’s this about?" They then followed up with a "Are you okay?" - all the while failing to introduce themselves! I snapped back, “No, you’ve just disturbed my sleep, what on earth do you want?” To which they abruptly hung up without a single word about their identity or purpose! Clearly a dodgy, pestering outfit!
