Got a call from a so called call centre saying they was based in Manchester, but I'm sure they werent. They was tryin to get my info sayin it was about ECO4 grants. Claimed to be from Green Eco Grants, offering free boilers and insulation. When I started askin questions, they got really nasty and just hung up on me. Sounds like a scam to me.
