Ofcom really ought to step up their game! When you choose to block a number, that should unequivocally mean they can't reach you, whether it's on a landline or a mobile phone. The government certainly needs to intervene - just the other day, one firm using an 07 number had over 3,000 searches! This is utterly unacceptable.
