Got a threatening call from this number saying they were bailiffs. My partner asked them to send proper letters or proof before we say anything. They hung up, leaving my partner really rattled. Both our mobiles and landline are on the TPS list, but these scam calls keep coming nonstop - like those accident claim chancers. Best steer clear of this number and definitely report it.

They said they were calling from the road traffic accident division. I kinda played along asking which accident it was about (which was a fib) but obviously they had no idea. It’s completely against the law for personal details to be shared like that, but it still goes on. You could mention the police, but I just hung up and let them babble away before blocking the number.

Didn’t pick up and didn’t leave any message. I decided to block after seeing what others said about the number.

Somebody rang me up saying I'd supposedly been in a car crash that wasn't my fault. Complete rubbish if you ask me. I told 'em to get lost and quit bothering me. Now their number's blocked on my phone.
