They told me I'd been in a car crash. I played along and said I was driving my mini, packed with 16 kids and my goat perched on the roof rack, when out of nowhere, a giant elephant dropped from the sky, right after a bunch of clowns appeared. It was pouring down, and one of the annoying clowns slammed the brakes on his clown car, making me, the goat, and all those kids in the back of the mini get whiplash! I hung up, but unbelievably, the fool had the nerve to ring me back!!! ??

They rang me up claiming I’d been in an accident. I cheekily responded that it was indeed quite unfortunate, as I was actually deceased. She quite rudely told me to shove off and quit taking up her precious time. Yet, here I am, enduring their calls every month for the last two years! I deliver the same cheeky retort each time they get in touch.

I received a rather puzzling phone call concerning a car crash that I, quite frankly, have no knowledge of. When I mentioned that I hadn’t been involved in any such incident, they brushed off my response and proceeded to hang up on me. Oddly enough, they didn’t bother to ask for my name or seek clarification about anyone in particular. Quite a strange experience, if you ask me!

I received one of those pesky automated calls the other day. If you respond with "yes" a few times, they’ll eventually connect you to a live operator. It's quite concerning, really, as the number doesn’t seem to stop calling, which I reckon is against EU and UK laws - they're making these calls from India, it seems. Best to avoid sharing any personal information with them!

A robotic voice came back, stating it was from the Office for National Statistics, but before I could press for more details, the call abruptly cut off. Quite fishy, if you ask me!
