Got a call from these lot claiming pretty much the same stuff as the number 08453339000 did before - something about a car accident that wasn’t your fault. Feels like they’re having a right laugh with me. Doesn’t the Telephone Preference Service do anything about this sort of thing anymore? Too weird to be just chance.

Didn't pick up the first time, rang them back but couldn’t get hold of anyone. Probably just a scam.

Just got a call from this number a minute ago, some woman said she'd been told I’d had an accident which wasn’t my fault, said she was from the All State Helpline. When I asked where they got that info from, she mentioned the RTA Statistics Department - which I know isn’t real and wouldn’t hand out phone numbers anyway. As soon as I told her I hadn’t been in any accident, she hung up straight away.
