10 yearsOh yeah, this was defo one of those dodgy call centres. When I picked up, there was this awkward silence for a bit, then suddenly you hear that usual noisy background before someone finally spoke. I’d say just block it if it comes your way.10 yearsWhenever I pick up calls from this number, they just hang up on me, and then it’s impossible to get through since the line always seems busy.10 yearsOver the past couple of days, I've been getting annoying calls from this number 01214443197 pushing some kind of Accident insurance or service. The person on the phone, who spoke with an Indian accent, wouldn’t take no for an answer when I told them to take me off their list. I ended up losing my temper and swore a bit since I’ve got a baby who needs his sleep, and they kept ringing during his nap time. My daughter, who’s home from school, got quite frightened by the timing of these calls - some are dead early or quite late at night. When I tried calling back to speak to a supervisor, it took me three goes before a woman picked up. She said she’s from a private number in Birmingham and that her tech team is working to resolve the issue.Birmingham10 yearsGot a call from some dodgy accident claim firm - total spam!Submit Your Own Report (0121 444 3197)
