Got a ring from 01214404640 early this morning about 8.15am. The lady claimed she was Grace Wilson from BT Broadband and asked me to check my internet connection. To make sure it wasn’t a scam, I told her I’d call BT to double check. She didn't take it well at all - got really annoyed and kinda pushy when I said no. Felt a bit off about the whole thing.
