I received a rather dodgy call claiming to be from Amazon, stating there had been suspicious activity on an account of mine amounting to £1140. They put a hold on my account and instructed me to "press 1" to chat with someone in their department. The thing is, I don’t even have an account with Amazon! Clearly a scam, if ever there was one.
