Lately, I've been inundated with calls from this number as well. Every time I try to return the call using 1471, it seems to disconnect right after an automated voice prompts me to hang on for a moment. I decided to ring them back from my mobile, and they claimed to be representing Wonga. They persistently inquire about someone who hasn't resided here for ages, and despite our numerous attempts to clarify the situation, they just carry on as if we hadn't said a word. It's becoming quite infuriating!
