There was no answer at first, then after a few seconds a lady's voice said "goodbye" and just ended the call.

someone rang saying they were from bt, telling me my phone was going to be disconnected. complete rubbish. watch out and never share your bank info. best thing to do is just hang up and block them straight away.

I picked up the phone, but there was nobody on the other end. This week alone, I’ve had nearly half a dozen calls like this - so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number. It’s really frustrating that no one seems to be tackling this problem.

Got a call saying my BT internet was about to go offline or something, sounded dodgy so I just ended the call quick. Definitely seems like a scam.

Got a call from an Asian guy saying our internet would be disconnected today unless we reduced the number of devices using it. I asked him what was going on and if he was trying to scam me. Surprisingly, he just called me a scammer and then ended the call. I’ve blocked the number straight away.
