It takes a lot of gall to intrude on our well-deserved, quiet retirement. The chap on the other end wanted me to respond to a series of questions. When I requested him to remove my number from their list and made it clear I wasn’t interested, he just kept rambling in an effort to keep me on the line. I eventually ended the conversation. To my understanding, the call likely originated from Birmingham. We've been getting these calls at the crack of dawn while we're still trying to catch some z's, and they seem to let the phone ring incessantly before eventually hanging up.
