Today, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be a BT engineer, promising to upgrade my internet speed. Sounds tempting, doesn’t it? But I quickly realised it wasn’t the best idea to entertain this offer. I suspected foul play, as the number displayed was definitely not one associated with BT. Best to keep my wits about me!
