i keep getting calls from sky’s tech support, and honestly, they dont stick to what they tell you. first, they want you to go on some site and install a program that basically lets them control your pc. then they say you’re owed a refund cos your internet is slow, and suddenly they want your bank info. they ring me multiple times a day, from loads of different numbers too! it’s proper annoying.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Sky’s tech team, saying they could fix my internet problems. They then told me to install a programme on my computer so they could ‘help’, but it actually gave them full control of my PC. They even mentioned I was due a refund and then tried asking for my bank details. Felt really dodgy!
