11 monthsGot a call from a noisy call centre line, some woman saying she was 'Emma Kirby', an energy adviser for my area. Asked if I owned the home. Strange thing is, a few weeks ago I had the same chat with someone called 'Antipodean Jo' or 'Joan', same exact script. Told this lady I was fed up with these calls and to **** ***. Been getting at least a dozen calls about this since November 2023, eight this year alone and half of them since late August. All the numbers show as blocked too. They just keep going through different callers. Even though ICO fined some companies recently for this and it was highlighted on the BBC "Morning Live", TPS and ICO seem powerless when these calls still happen.
