been getting calls from those scam tech support people again claiming my computer's infected. i decided to humour them a bit just to mess around but i’m pretty clued up about their tricks. as soon as i started asking them where they were actually from, they dropped the line straight away!

The person on the line claimed they were calling about my internet connection. It could be a legitimate call, but I’m a bit sceptical and prefer to be cautious until I have more clarity.

Got a call from someone saying they were from BT internet, telling me my connection was hacked or something. Total scam, just trying to sneak into my bank details. I cut the call right away. I've had similar calls before from different UK landline numbers, but none of them were genuine BT. Be careful, don’t fall for these tricks!

got a call on 30th jan. looks like they’re back at it with the same scam stuff, so watch out and dont pick up if u know whats good for u!
