I got a call about a supposed accident, but I told them I’ve never had a car crash. Then they asked me where it happened, and I just repeated that I wasn’t involved in any accident. After that, they just ended the call. I tried ringing the number back to ask them to remove me from their list, but apparently the number doesn’t exist or is unreachable. They said I must have dialed the wrong one, but I’m sure I didn’t. Feels pointless trying to block these calls since I reckon the numbers aren’t even legit.

Got a call at work right as I was about to head off for a break. They told me I was in some sort of accident, so I decided to have a bit of fun and waste their time for around 5 minutes. They kept asking stuff like "where did your car get hit?", "was it moving or parked?" and "did you feel any pain?” Honestly, my advice is don't give them an inch, try and waste their time instead but never give out any details. Also, definitely don't ring back numbers you're not sure about, or you might end up with hefty phone charges. -js
