Totally a scam or phising call. I got a bit creeped out when I looked it up and found it was linked to some company called ‘Magrathea’ telecoms... which was kinda spooky cause I’d just started going through Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy again like 4 days ago.

They ring, stay quiet for a moment and then just cut off. Seems like they’re probably trying to see if the number is still being used for some kind of sales list. I’ve put it on my blocked numbers now.

I got a call from someone claiming they pulled my info from some industrial workers list. When I asked what that database was about, they just ended the call. What’s odd is I've never even worked in an industrial job! 🤷‍♀️

Both me and my husband got calls at the same time, from Birmingham numbers. One number ended with 120 and the other with 121. We've blocked both of them now.
