Definitely dodgy. All I could make out was a faint voice, sounded like it had an Indian twang, but there was so much racket in the background, it was hard to decipher. Likely coming from some kind of call centre, I'd wager.

This number rang me twice before, but both times they hung up without saying anything. Then they called me again, touting a service to block annoying telemarketing calls. They assured me they could help manage all those pesky nuisance calls.
