These so-called ‘insurance’ agents were a right laugh. I stayed on the line pretending to be ‘Mr Douglas’ for as long as possible, then tried to get them to a 3-way call with some ‘advisor’. Honestly, never realised there were so many Aussies living in ‘Birmingham’!

Somebody rang and asked for me by my first name, talking about an accident. I told them I don’t drive and haven’t had any accidents. Before I could say anything else, they just hung up on me quite abruptly without saying sorry. Definitely one of those annoying cold calls.

This number popped up on my missed calls earlier. Feels like one of those accident advice line calls, they all seem to come from the same place. I've had a bunch of these before and telling them to basically buzz off doesn't do any good. Tried ringing them back to give some feedback but the phone just says the number doesn’t exist. Quite frustrating!
