I got a random call from this number, and when I answered, nobody said a word before they just ended the call. So, I tried ringing them back and got an automated voice saying, “Hello, you’re through to Financial Welfare Group.” I didn’t bother staying on and just hung up. Seems like a dodgy, unwanted call - probably just trying to take advantage of people given the current money situation.

I got a call from a 0121 number and didn’t hang up since I knew it was from Birmingham (I've had loads of calls before from that area from a debt collection agency). Turned out to be a total SCAM!!! I blocked the number straight away. Seems like all these scam calls come from BT landlines. Honestly, I wish BT would do something to stop these scammers because they’re really ruining BT’s reputation.
