Got a call from some bloke saying they were switching my Virgin SIM to an O2 5G one. I’m already with O2 so that was suspicious, plus he didn’t even bother asking any security questions. Sounded like an Indian guy. I just hung up straight away and decided to ignore any future calls from that number. Definite scammer.

The caller had a strong Indian accent, and kept talking about me having a SIM contract with Virgin Media. But I don’t have any! Couldn’t really understand them properly, so I just ended the call. Felt like one of those dodgy phone scams for sure!
