I work at UHB and can vouch that this is definitely the number for Queen Elizabeth hospital. Nearly every call from the loads of phones around the site shows up as coming from it. This number is from one of the units at Queen Elizabeth hospital. I got a call from it a few weeks after my blood test. When I rang back, the receptionist told me "it might be any department". If QE need to get in touch, they'll reach out proper.

It was from Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, left me a voicemail saying “your parcel has arrived at the ward”. I sent them an email since I’ve never been there and I live about 90 miles away. They replied saying it was probably a mix-up with their Parcels for Patients programme.

Loads of folks are saying this might be a hospital in Birmingham? I’m based in Northern Ireland, so I have no idea why they’d be calling me. The number 0121 371 2020 is used by the hospital secretaries to arrange appointments, but you can’t call this number to get back to the hospital. If you need to contact them, please use the hospital's main number found at the top of your letter or search it online. On 23/09/2020 at about 12:30pm, this number seemed legit.
