They've been bombarding me with calls daily, despite my clear insistence that I'm not interested and to put an end to the incessant ringing. It's clearly a scam-they're attempting to pitch advertising space for a local Indian takeaway menu, which, funnily enough, the takeaway isn't even aware of! A mate who runs a nearby business had a chat with them over the phone and lo and behold, the very next day, some aggressive salesperson turned up at her door, demanding payment upfront. She gave him a piece of her mind, I assure you! Should these calls persist, I’ll have no choice but to escalate it to the authorities.

For goodness' sake, avoid using the word "yes" during your conversation-even if it seems entirely off-topic. They record calls, and that one little word could be twisted to suggest your agreement to their dodgy terms, resulting in a hefty bill landing on your doorstep. Stay vigilant!
