I had a rather concerning phone call the other day from a gentleman with an Indian accent, who claimed to be from Uber Eats. He mentioned something about providing onboarding and training for their app. When I indicated I wasn’t interested in any training, he suddenly shifted his approach and started asking for all sorts of personal details, including my name, phone number, email, and the restaurant's info. Naturally, I declined to share anything. It seemed like they were angling for remote access to our tablet under the guise of training, but I suspect their real motive was to obtain sensitive personal or banking data. Just a heads up, the number he called from, 01213682099, is a virtual VoIP number linked to Voxbone.

Just got a call about signing up for Uber Eats or something, but not sure if it was legit. Sounded like they were offering a deal for restaurants. Anyone else had a call like this? Feels a bit dodgy to me.
