Seemed like a total scam call to me.

Had a call from them earlier, and they already had my name and info about my car, which was a bit unsettling. When I asked them to delete my details, they claimed they couldn’t since it’s stored on some national list. I wondered if they were trying to pressure me into filing a compensation claim, but they denied it, saying they weren’t lawyers, just checking if I was satisfied with the service. Got quite fed up when I refused to share more and ended the call.

I got a ring from this number about a car crash claim. They seemed to have all the key info without me saying much. My insurance firm had already sorted me out with a lawyer for the crash stuff. Told these people to take me off their list and thankfully, they haven't bothered me since. It’s strange how these outside companies always seem to get hold of all our info after a car accident. Been getting loads of calls like this from different numbers lately. Now, I just try to hang up as fast as I can when they call.

they said they were from first response and working on behalf of a third party insurer. when i asked for the company they claimed to represent, they gave me false info. kept pushing them for proper details and they just got annoyed and ended the call. kinda satisfying to see them get frustrated like the rest of us when they pest us. feels like i scored a tiny win, haha.

Someone called saying they were from an insurance firm and somehow had all the info about a little dent on my car, including my name and the exact car model. Got pretty annoyed when I said their details didn’t add up.
