They rang me at 3.20pm on 08/11/17, already knowing my name and my previous address. When I said the address wasn’t right, they asked for where I live now. I said I wouldn’t give it unless they told me the reason for the call. They claimed it was about “lifestyle preferences,” so I told them my preference was for them to stop calling me. They just hung up. I’ve blocked the number - what a waste of time!

Got a call from 0121 368 1344 around 1:44pm on Tuesday, 7th Nov 2017. When I answered, there was nothing but silence. I heard a click and some faint sounds in the background, so I hung up straight away, guessing it was one of those automated call centre systems from abroad.
