Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent who said his name was either "Brendan" or "Brandon" and he claimed to be from UK National. He kept pestering me to answer some questions. After seeing other reviews about this number, it’s pretty clear it’s a scam just trying to steal personal details to trick people out of their money. Avoid it!

first there was nothing but silence then they just ended the call abruptly.

it's crazy how nowadays if you miss a payment to sky, they just cut you off straight away. meanwhile, these scammers keep ringing up older, vulnerable folks nonstop and nothing gets done about it. ofcom and those other government bodies just seem to take money and do sweet fa. feels like they’re just another useless quango with no real action.

Some bloke with an accent rang up saying he was from a company that stops nuisance calls. Turns out, they just want your bank info, so best to ignore and block that number. Then I got another call from a private number, but you can’t block those coz it might be something important like the hospital or council. Bit tricky, really.

Got a call from someone wanting to talk to the business owner, saying my phone charges were going to jump by 40%. When I asked them to prove who they were, they just ended the call. Sounds like a proper scam to me!

They claimed to be from 02 and said they could cut my bills, but as soon as they began asking for my personal info, I twigged it was dodgy.

Today this number rang me twice and when I picked up the third time, they told me that my 02 contract had been suspended. I could tell straight away it was dodgy, so I just ended the call.

Got calls from some company claiming they manage my 02 contract - I have no clue who they are. Thing is, I actually work for 02 so I know they’re not legit. Looks like they’re out there just selling contracts but have no real ties with any networks. Total scam if you ask me.

They called saying they were from 02 but it’s obviously a scam since they had no clue about any of my details. Total con, don’t fall for it.

This number has rung me a few times today but as soon as I pick up, the call cuts off. Feels like it’s one of those robot calls. I’ve blocked it now. Funny enough, other people have mentioned it might be an O2 scam. I got a dodgy text too, saying my bank had blocked a payment and telling me to visit a website to update info. Definitely a phishing attempt from 07385703354. Watch out!

Total con job. They rang me up saying they were from O2, but then asked for every single detail about my contract. Definitely not legit.
