I too got a call from these individuals claiming to represent my Sky insurance. However, as I'm actually covered by Domestic and General for my Sky insurance, it didn't take long for me to realise that they were nothing but fraudsters. I promptly ended the call and have subsequently added their number to my block list.

I’ve just had a rather perplexing phone call from this number, claiming to be Sky Connect regarding some sort of insurance issue. The amusing part? I don’t even subscribe to Sky! What a strange encounter!

Received a call from some chaps claiming they owed me £220 and wanted my bank details to process a refund. I politely told them to bugger off, but they persisted. So, I had a bit of fun and said my cat enjoys a good chat, then popped the phone into the cat’s box. They stuck around for an additional 20 minutes, but my furry mate seemed to find it rather amusing!

01213680991. A man with an Indian accent claimed to be from Sky Connect. I hung up but they called back immediately, this time another Indian guy saying he was a supervisor at Sky Connect. I told them Sky would get in touch via email, but he said it was urgent because my contract ended. He offered a one-off payment of £80 or a discounted price if I paid for 2 years upfront. I said I’d call Sky directly to check and then hung up. After reading other comments about this number, I’m glad I didn’t stay on the line. I’d never hand over money to someone I don’t know on the phone.

these callers just dont give up! I got myself a bt call guardian and even asked my provider for caller id. now all the calls get filtered, and they just drop off. no more annoying rings. honestly, best move ever.
