I've had these folks on a withheld number calling me incessantly, despite me repeatedly stating that we're not interested and requesting them to take our number off their list. It's incredibly frustrating! Just this morning, I finally had enough and warned them that their behaviour was bordering on harassment, and I would report them to the police if they continued to hound me. Surprisingly, that's when they begrudgingly provided me with their contact number!
