2 yearsHad a dodgy phone call earlier today - first it was some robotic message warning about unusual activity on my bank account, then it said to press 2 if I wanted to talk to a Fraud Support agent. When I finally spoke to the person, they kept pushing me for my sort code, which immediately raised alarm bells. I asked them to name a specific transaction on a certain date and they just cut the call straight away. The call came from 0121 359 9742.
