Received a call from an automated system, and despite my many attempts to engage with a "hello," there was no response!

I can’t quite tell if the person on the other end was the real deal or not. They claimed they could stop all those pesky marketing calls for me, but then oddly requested my credit card’s expiry date. I wasn’t having any of it, so I declined to share that info, and just like that, they hung up on me. Strange behaviour, if you ask me!
