The chap was quite keen, as he mentioned they were verifying whether they had the correct number. However, when I clarified that she had never carried out any such work, he abruptly ended the call. The name he provided was Melanie. I got the phone number through 1471, but they didn’t disclose any company name. When I tried to ring back for further clarification, the same individual answered again without revealing the firm's identity.
