I’m pretty sure Olivia must’ve overlooked the fact she rang me just a few mins earlier, but from another number! When I told her we'd just chatted, she cut off sharpish. She’s an Asian lady claiming to be from Virgin Media’s tech team. Virgin Media told me they aren’t providing any such service, so I’m totally confused why she keeps calling. This is like her 11th time in the last few days. It’s getting quite annoying and feels like harassment now.

So this lady called Olivia has blown up my phone like 11 times in just a few days. She claims to be with the Virgin Media Tech team, and I’m pretty sure she’s Asian. Each time I ask questions, she just ends the call right away. Honestly, it’s getting annoying and feels like harassment. She’s ringing from a bunch of different numbers, but they all appear to be from around Birmingham. I don’t really understand what they’re hoping to achieve, other than just bothering people.
