Someone called saying they were from BT Openreach but the line was so bad I could barely catch what she was saying. The lady had a strong Asian accent which just made it harder to understand her. When I mentioned I was struggling to hear, she just suddenly ended the call. If that was really BT Openreach, they seriously need to work on how their staff talk to customers.
