I don’t know anyone in Birmingham at all. Some bloke from abroad rang me and knew my first name, tried to dig some info out of me. I just ended the call straightaway. Now I’ve blocked his number so he can’t bother me again.

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent asking for my house number, trying to get some details out of me. Honestly, couldn’t make much sense of what he was saying, so I just said “not interested” and ended the call. Then I blocked the number straight away.

A guy called Mark rang me, but he spoke with a strong Asian accent and never told me the company name. He asked how I was feeling, and I said I wasn't very well. Then I asked if his call was urgent, and he insisted it was really important. Next thing he says he wants to ask me three quick questions. I told him straight away I wasn't up to it and didn't want to answer, but as I ended the call he kept going, asking why not and what was wrong. So frustrating! I try to block these numbers but they seem to have endless ones to ring from. Wish this sort of stuff could be banned for good.
