They started off by saying something like "we heard you were in a car crash, which wasn’t your fault." Honestly, just steer clear. Some of them are just annoying lawyers chasing after ambulances, but others might actually be scammers. Wouldn't waste my time with these calls.

This number keeps ringing me up, claiming they've been told about an accident I supposedly had, which they say wasn't my fault. The thing is, I haven't been in any accident at all, and my phone number is on the Telephone Preference Service list. Earlier today I told the lady on the phone that my number is registered with TPS and they shouldn't be contacting me, but she just kept asking when the accident happened. I had to ask if she wasn't listening, then told her again my number's on TPS, and that's when she just cut me off. Honestly, these calls from this number are really starting to annoy me.

Got several calls from this number, and it’s defo an automated message acting like it’s a real person. It asks if you’ve been involved in a car accident, then when you reply, it just says something like thanks for confirming and that they’ll take your number off their list. Doesn't matter what you say, it’s always the exact same thing. Pretty sure it’s just scammers trying to see if the number’s active by checking whether you respond or not. Quite annoying really!

Got a call from this number and the person said they were from a debt collector. I just said "alright" but then the woman on the line asked me, "When did your accident happen?" I told her I've never had an accident, nor do I know anyone who has. She just ended the call after that.
