The only response I got was from a chap calling himself Cristof Hermann, who had quite a distinct German twang to his voice. Moreover, there's a suspicious website masquerading as https://brearleyequipment.com. They’re peddling machinery at ridiculously low rates, but all the images on the site are complete fabrications. To make matters worse, the so-called address in Germany is actually a residential property. The Gloucester location listed belongs to a business that deals in kitchen countertops, not the equipment they claim to sell. It’s an utter sham, and I’ve made sure to report it.

I got a call from someone calling themselves CRISTOF HERMANN, claiming to be a sales manager. They were trying to trick me with a scam about selling diggers that don’t even exist. The number they used was 0121 318 3888. Seemed dodgy from the start!
