Also, I found a bogus listing with Companies House using Company Number 07764958 which makes me even more certain it’s a scam.

Beware of this dodgy phone number 0121 318 38888, no one in England actually picks up. Instead, a bloke with a heavy German accent calls himself Cristof Hermann. The site https://brearleyequipment.com is a sham too. They claim to sell plant machinery at bargain prices but all the pictures look fake and the stated German address is just someone's home. The address listed in Gloucester is actually for a kitchen worktop business. It's all a complete con and I've already flagged it to the authorities.

Claiming to sell secondhand machinery in Gloucestershire but actually the stuff is in Germany. They say they’ll deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland but want you to pay into a German bank account. Phone number traces back to Birmingham. Don’t fall for it or trust these lot!

I came across the number +44 121 318 3888 connected to a site called brearleyequipment.co.uk. They’re selling items that are insanely cheap for what they should cost. The weird thing is, there’s no other phone contact or proper address listed anywhere. Also, if you try to search this number elsewhere, nothing shows up. It’s supposedly their sales contact, but something feels off.

I got a call from someone calling themselves CRISTOF HERMANN, claiming to be a sales manager. They were trying to trick me with a scam about selling diggers that don’t even exist. The number they used was 0121 318 3888. Seemed dodgy from the start!
